Shipping Locations

Currently, we only ship within the United States, and to APO and FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and up-to-date. WallBuilders is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Errors caused by incorrect shipping information may incur additional shipping charges for the customer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the order, as well as the selected shipping method. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before payment.

Shipping Methods & Time Frames

The following is a list of estimated delivery times for each shipping method. These do not include processing times for the orders, but are calculated from the time the orders actually leave the warehouse. Orders placed online are typically processed within 1-2 business days. These are average time frames, and may be affected by inclement weather, or extended during heavy holiday shipping seasons.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

Media Mail is for educational materials only (similar to a book rate). Catalogs, apparel, and other non-educational items may not be sent via media mail. This method is slow, but cost-effective. Average delivery time is 2-8 business days.*

First Class Package Service is for lightweight packages that weigh less than 16 ounces (including packaging). If the package exceeds this weight limit, it cannot be sent via this method. Average delivery time is 1-3 business days.*

Priority Mail packages are not subject to weight limits. Prices will vary based on the size, shape, and weight of the package(s). Small, medium, and large flat-rate options are available to ship up to 70 lbs. to any state at the same price. Average delivery time is in 1-3 business days.*

Priority Mail Express will ship to most US addresses and PO Boxes and includes tracking options. Prices will vary based on the size, shape, and weight of the package(s). Small, medium, and large flat-rate options are available to ship up to 70 lbs. to any state at the same price. Average delivery time is next-day to 2–day delivery service by 6 PM with a money–back guarantee from USPS.*

United Parcel Service (UPS)

UPS Ground prices will vary based on size, shape, and weight of the package(s). Average delivery time is 1-5 business days. Delivery within Texas is usually 1-2 business days.

UPS 3 Day Select prices will vary based on size, shape, and weight of the package(s). This method can only be used in the 48 contiguous United States. Average delivery time is 3 business days.

UPS 2nd Day Air prices vary based on size, shape, and weight of the package(s) and delivers to all 50 states with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii. Average delivery time is 2 business days.

UPS Next Day Air prices will vary based on size, shape, and weight of the package(s) and offers guaranteed, time-definite, next-day delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect order, or damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately, for a replacement or refund.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new condition and in its original packaging.

Defective or damaged products (except those advertised as such and sold in our Clearance section), which were purchased directly from WallBuilders and returned within 30 days will be replaced or refunded. Clearance Items and digital downloads are not eligible to be returned.

Return Procedure

If you wish to initiate a return, please inform WallBuilders within 30 days of placing your order. Once WallBuilders has approved the return, you will be issued a return shipping label for incorrect, damaged, or defective items, or you will be given instructions to ship the item back to our facility. (Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.) Include a copy of your Return Authorization email or at a minimum, your name, email, phone number, and original order number. Return items to:

Please note that shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Refunds

When requested by a customer, non-defective products in resalable condition that are returned (at the customer’s expense) within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund for the items purchased. Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days, via credit to your original payment method.
