I love your book and use it constantly in my PhD studies. I only wanted to suggest a possible correction on page 28 of ISBN: 978-1-932225-63 (Paperback Edition). Here it states: “As President Thomas Jefferson admonished Supreme Court Justice William Johnson:” However, the letter in reference was written in 1823, when James Monroe was President.
