Harriet Tubman: Freedombound (Heroes of History)

Even death threats could not stop this daring runaway slave from conducting hundreds of slaves to freedom on the Underground Railroad as the nation spiraled into Civil War. (1820-1913)

The stories of Heroes of History are told in an engaging narrative format, where related history, geography, government, and science topics come to life and make a lasting impression.

I got this book and it’s wonderful. I also watched the movie ( Harriet.) I always have loved History, and I have other books by Janet and Geoff Benge. They are wonderful authors. I also love the books that David Barton writes.
