Benjamin Franklin wrote in his Memoirs of a "bold and arduous project of arriving at perfection." Based on sermons he had heard, he prepared a list of thirteen virtues he wished to perfect in himself, and then created a daily personal accountability chart to keep track of how well he had done in practicing those virtues that day. His list of virtues included frugality, moderation, tranquility, sincerity, justice, humility, and others. This is a great tool for everyone today and it will help strengthen the moral and character virtues in your own life.
