Refunds

Digital Products
Digital products include audio (MP3), PDF, and video (MP4). All digital media may be downloaded after purchase from your WallBuilders Store account by signing in and selecting the digital product.
Online Account
Customers are not required to set up an online account, but it is beneficial to do so to keep a record of purchase history. An account is required to access purchased digital media. A new customer can create an account by clicking on the “Create An Account” link at the top of the page. Returning customers can use the “Sign In” link to access their accounts.
Distributors or Bulk Orders
We offer special pricing for Distributors, as well as bulk discounts. Please call or email customer service to provide your resale certificate, for available discount information, or to place a bulk order.
